When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

Whew. Got it done just in time, looks like. With the help of my... NEW WACOM TABLET! *sizzle*
I did this lineart a whole long time ago, and I color-penciled it. Hated it. So I scanned in the lineart not too long ago and played around with this tutorial [link] which made the piece a hundred times better. And I decided to make tihs my Valentines Day thing. What makes this vday-ish? The colors. And by the way, I HATE HER FEET! *sporks* Her name's... um... Choca, because she looks like chocolate. Once upon a time, this did have a message. I think I lost that, though. (originally inspired by black and white floor tiles... which totally disappeared once I hit the paper...) Done in about... six hours. I like the way she has the banner/flag thing pinned down and it's trying to fly away. Looks like she defeated it.
Her outfit is so cool looking! I like how it buttons up and has pockets. Coming up with a decent outfit is actually a hard thing for me, so uber props to you.
You just think she looks like chocolate because you
Hells yesh I got a tablet (thanks to my fantastic parents). *snuggles with it* I lurv it. It's a 4x5, and while that seems tiny dimension-wise, it's actually a very nice fit, and the size has proven no troubles yet.
There really isn't anything I don't like about it now. I'm still learning how to use it, but so far I'm afraid I'll ruin it for all the drool.
Anyway.
I think I was in a triumphant mood when I drew this, hence her pose. And the outfit was something I just threw on.
